I’ve been meaning to post Michael’s mom’s recipe for hummus for a while now. It’s the first hummus I ever liked and super easy to make.
Mrs. Black’s Hummus Recipe
- One can of organic garbanzo beans
- A garlic clove
- Sea salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Lemon juice
- Oil oil
All you have to do:
- Drain the beans and save the juice.
- Throw the beans, a pinch of salt, pinch of cayenne, a little lemon juice, a little oil oil into the food processor and puree
- Add the juice from the beans to thin it out to the consistency you want.
