I’m glad that I can be a source of motivation for you guys. Like I said last week, sometimes we just don’t have it in us to push ourselves. Often I feel disappointed because I really enjoy exercising and if I’m “not in the mood” for a while, the emotional effect doubles.
So everyone up and at ‘em this week. Don’t judge your workouts just do something physical to keep your mind and body healthy.
