Taking it to the beach! My workout that is.
Today I ran around the perimeter of the property three times and then used a medium resistance band to do a back workout that consisted of:
- Lat pull downs (above)
- Rear delt pulls (same position just leaning back)
- Standing rows (with the band around a vertical pole)
The movements get harder as I move farther away from the pole, which is why I’m sitting here.
I did a set of 20 slow and then pumped out as many as I could quickly at the end. Three sets of each.
It wasn’t the most intense workout ever, but I worked up a sweat and an appetite for eggs bruschetta, a recipe I’ll post on Thursday (I wish I had taken a picture!).Tweet this!
