My view at dinner tonight was not of the socialites five people deep at the bar at Eddie V’s. As I caught up with an old friend we watched Exec Chef James Roberts inspect and finish each plate before it hit the table. I LOVE a chef who works his kitchen instead of shaking hands and cheek-kissing the VIPs. Per usual, the food was phenomenal, so a big thanks to you and your impressively friendly staff for making this chain restaurant extraordinary.Tweet this!
