Brice is trying to help me round out my diet. I feel like I’ve fallen off the healthy lifestyle wagon in more ways than one. Part of his strategy is a food journal. In five days, I’ve written down three. Above are two of the best, one of which includes peach gummi rings! So, less processed sugar, more protein.
