MR: Check out this video that Jeff did for Self Magazine.  The routine seems basic in the begining, but includes some advanced moves.  Plus he suggests building up to 8 sets of this circuit, which as he puts it, is a “tall order.”  Take a couple moves or the whole workout, you’ll get some great tone!
