    I’m such a culprit of telling people, “I just want to tone my thighs!” but you’re so right. In reality I’m trying to say, “I just want to get rid of the fat on my thighs!” It’s always good to be reminded about the inability to spot reduce and the benefits of overall fitness and a healthy diet. Thanks!
