So many of you wrote me about your success with the 100 squats a day challenge, so this week I present you with a new one.
20 push-ups everyday.
Don’t think, just do it.
Do as many as you can on your toes, then drop to your knees.
Keep your abs engaged and your butt down so your torso is straight in line with your legs. Your hands are a little wider than your shoulders. If you move them inward, it will be harder.
