The big hair debate

My simple solution: throw it up in a ponytail or bun in the morning and wash it after your workout.

No matter how dirty my hair is, I don’t wash it if I know I will be working out later.

The extra oil is a actually good thing because it will keep your hair hydrated during the winter months. Plus you have brown hair so it doesn’t look dirty or drab (which is a problem for blondes).

Way to go on staying dedicated to your resolutions and finding a way to work around them!
