This week’s quickie is one you can do at your office…anywhere really. And as our trainer Jeff says, exercise is a great way to rev up your engine when you’re feeling sluggish in the afternoon.
100 tricep dips
No questions or excuses.
- Sit on your coffee table or desk chair with your hands on the surface as close to you as possible.
- Press up and slide only an inch away.
- The farther out you put your feet, the more challenging the exercise.
- Do as many as you can before resting.
- Complete 100.
