I scored big for lunch today!
For lunch, I was planning on going to Diet Gourmet (think Subway but they actually use fresh veggies and real chicken), but I decided to try out the little wine and tapas bar next door.
For tapas the menu was light, fresh, and cheap. Above is my grilled portabella “sandwich” with roasted rosemary potatoes for $7! (Remember I’m cutting out flour when possible) It took me ten minutes to decide on this because EVERYTHING on the menu looked so good – crepes with lump crab, grilled shrimp, empanadas, and the most interesting soup selection I’ve seen in Htown. I snuck a peak at their wine selection and it’s also intriguing and affordable.
Great artsy atmosphere and free wifi are an added bonus.
