Ugh. Not pretty is it..I’ll be the first one to admit that getting up this morning wasn’t pleasant after one too many glasses of wine at Randall’s.
We all know what we SHOULD do to combat the headache, and it’s not stopping at McDonald’s for a breakfast biscuit.

I forced myself up to go to the gym early. Afterwards, I made egg whites with chicken, sweet potatoes, and a touch of rosemary instead of grabbing a sugar-packed Smoothie King or bagel. Doesn’t this look more appetizing anyway?
Add a side salad to that an you’ve got a great lunch!
Now today will not only be tolerable, but enjoyable and productive.
