There is a very simple answer to your question, I just don’t think anyone is going to like it.
The best way to get rid of love handles is to cut carbs and increase cardio.
Unfortunately you can’t crunch or lift your way out of these. They hang on to you for dear life! So if you’re really serious about shedding the flab, you should:
- Avoid bread, cereal, and sweets.
- Run. For me it has proven to be the most effective.
