Even though magazines and celebs have touted his designs, you probably don’t recognize the name David Peck, so I think you’ll appreciate this introduction.
This young designer has climbed the sartorial ladder the right way. He started at Parsons in Paris where he won multiple awards, started his career working under several visionaries, and then launched two collections – one in Paris and Untitled 11:11 in NYC in 2008.
Now he’s moved to Houston to start his first solo collection. CrOp, which stands for Creative Opportunities, combines David’s sophisticated style with his desire to change the world. Using sustainable fabrics, supporting local manufacturers, and donating 10% of his profits from each collection to an inspiring charity, David is looking to make a statement in the fashion world.
Most of the designs are dresses women will appreciate. The silhouettes are flattering and feminine while the prints and cut offer a fashionista the unique qualities she needs to stand out. On his new website, you can shop the collection by comparing designs side by side and watching a video of each piece to see how it moves.
