Hi! I’m running to the gym on this gorgeous spring morning. An obvious choice over the treadmill.

I had one more quick note on scheduling.

If your day is flexible, take advantage!!

I start working at 7:30-8 so I can take off early for “lunchtime” workout at 11.

Several benefits here:

1. Crank out emails early before I’m bombarded.
2. Set a deadline to finish work on one project.
3. Get to the gym between morning and lunch crowds.
4. Work through a longer, unobstructed afternoon.

Again, it works for me :)

Ok. 11am, Lifting time!
