I always thought you needed a machete to open a coconut, but per usual about things in the kitchen, I was wrong. You can see in this video I made with Chef German, it’s really easy! Now I can grab a couple at Whole Foods, and they’ll last in my fridge for post-workout electrolyte hydration. I can’t stand the stuff in the box. Gotta have the real deal :)
