Going on a nice hilly walk is a great way to get your heart rate into the “fat-burning” zone and tone up your glutes. Just as with any exercise, your walking form is important. In this video, I show you proper form and a few arm exercises you can do to tone up your arms while you walk!
The key is to fatigue the muscle group before switching to a different exercise! One area of your arms should be on fire before you jump to the next movement.
Try not to get distracted with weights and slow down your pace. Lift those knees high and take long strides up the hills. If you’re on a flat road, keep that pace quick.Tweet this!
