After two and a half months of rigorous SoulCycle training, I’ve graduated and am headed back west to LA. Woohoo!
I’m not sure which was more challenging: the training, the hovel sublet, or New York in general. It’s been a rough time, I’ll be honest.
The fact I’m finished really hasn’t sunk in yet. I’ve lived and breathed SoulCycle for the last 10 weeks, and all of a sudden I’m done. Our group of 11, half of whom had never taught a fitness class in their life, has worked so hard to master the class technically and physically. Demanding would be an understatement, but anything less wouldn’t yield the same caliber of instructors that you as riders deserve. Plus, we love it, that’s why we do it.
I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to find my way back to SoulCycle, get back in the groove, and share my ride with you on a daily basis.
Now, as in when I get out of bed, I’m making my way back to LA and officially starting a new chapter there. I’m taking the following week off of the blog, but of course it’s always here as a resource for you. You can keep up with me on all social platforms @MaryRambin:
I’m not sure when and where I’ll be teaching – but as soon as I know, you will too.
Have a great weekend!
