Duke’s style-infused gift guide for guys

December 9th, 2011 1 Comment

As I’ve written about several times, Duke Hagenburger (at Neiman Marcus in LA) is THE most stylish man I know personally.

I had him pull a few of his favorites right now that every man would love and appreciate for years. Quality classics worth the price point!

Any Zachary Prell button down, $198. We love the slim fit, unique patterns, and collar variety for an off the rack dress shirt.

Neiman Marcus cashmere sweater with two-tone collar, on sale for $298. Great price!

Vince neutral, goes-with-everything cardigan. Blended yak and sheep’s wool. $275. Another steal for the quality.

John Varvatos military inspired jacket. Olive leather with canvas accents. Needless to say manly. $1198.

Duke insisted on suggesting a splurge. For good reason. These two items are AWESOME.

Brunello cashmere sweater for $885. Comes in 8 colors.

Santiago Gonzales (son of handbag designer Nancy Gonzales) travel shaving bag….wait for it…$1295. As Ali says, “he would have that forever…he better!”

For more info, styling questions, or you just want to meet Duke to style your man, shoot him an email at dhagenburger@me.com.

This Peter Miller jacket can be yours for free after you spend $500 at Neimans.  That’s not even a pair of shoes for women.  Guys, you could walk out of there with a couple new dress shirts AND this jacket that is dead on trendy for fall.

Contact Duke (the most stylish man I know) for more details, especially if you’re not in LA.  He’ll send you pics of anything you’re looking for and you never have to leave your desk.

Duke has a new fan!

My friend Jim went to go see Duke, my real-life sartorialist, to pick up a few new pieces for his wardrobe.  Jim is a t-shirt and jeans kinda guy and will occasionally throw on a colorful button-down for dinner.  He appreciates brands and details in design, but isn’t compelled by them. So I sent him to see Duke, and he had a blast shopping the racks at Neimans in Beverly Hills.

Here’s what I love about Duke, he’s personable, knows his clothes, and his only desire is for you to leave happy, whether that’s overloaded with bags or empty handed.  Shopping with him is truly a delight.

If you’re in LA, shoot him an email and stop in to say hi.  He works on the men’s floor, but girls, you don’t have to twist his arm to get him downstairs.

Happy shopping!
